Payment methods
How does payment work?
- Greater Lomé and collection in Dékon: you pay on delivery or at collection, in cash or by mobile money.
- Rest of Togo: you pay in advance by Flooz or Mixx by Yas to APGIV’s merchant number, quoting your order number. Then enter the transaction ID on your tracking page: the team checks the payment and confirms dispatch.
- Outside Togo: we send you a quote on WhatsApp, with the delivery fees and the payment method suited to your country.
Confirmation
Each order receives a number and a tracking link. Before each departure, the team confirms the order with you on WhatsApp.
